Full assignment description
Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (60-90 days)
Location: West Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Schedule provided upon credentialing and orientation. Flexible coverage across three hospital facilities within close proximity.
Highlights:
- Flexible assignment with approximately 3 FTE coverage needed across three hospitals located within 5 minutes of each other
- Diverse surgical case mix including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization lab, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy procedures
- Broad patient population spanning all age groups from neonates to geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Primary work location in main operating rooms with most assignments at the Memorial campus
- Ambulatory surgery center and hospital practice settings
- Cerner EMR system in use
Requirements:
- Active West Virginia state license (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification as a CRNA
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system required
- Ability to provide anesthesia care across all age groups and surgical specialties
